Team Europe is the European Commission's panel of independent conference speakers: 630 members in the 25 Member States. The members are lawyers, consultants, academics, etc. covering all fields of activity of the Union's policies and working languages. They are recruited by the Commission's Representations in the Member States. You may invite a Team Europe member to participate in your seminars conferences debates training sessions etc.

Member of TEAM EUROPE since its foundation in  1989 .Professor at Università degli Studi di Milano Bicocca -Faculty of Economics. Professor at Università degli Studi di Milano-Milano - Faculty of Scienze Motorie Member of AUSE ( University Associaton of European Studies )Lecturer at Collegio Europeo di Parma. Appointed since 1997 for the teaching "Community Private Law and its interdisciplinary relationships with the laws of Society, International law, Monetary law, fiscal and customs law",   with reference to  the different aspects relating the circulation of persons, goods, capitals and services within and out the European Union.
The specific objective of the course , supported by the European Commission in the framework of Jean Monnet Action, is to analyse the european integration through the institutional, legal,political, economic and social developments related to this process and to supply the students with a specialistic preparation.
Some more, besides the project of the constitutional european Treaty, it examines the most significant cases law , included those referring to Community Sport Law as well as - simultaneously to their issue - the european laws , their application in every Country within and out EU and the judgements of the Court of first istance and the Court of Justice. In 2003 the teaching has been included among the initiatives connected to the " Great Event" , i.e. the Italian Presidency of EU Council : during the lessons have been analysed the direct and indirect affects of Community acts and judgements issued, particularly in terms of economy and finance, work and competitiveness.
